Refund and Return Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Mr. B’s Festival Needs. Please review the information below regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Online Orders (Shipped from Our Warehouse)
If you purchased an item for shipment, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the condition of the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Opened hygiene or personal care items
- Used camping equipment
- Items marked as final sale
Click & Collect / Festival Pickup Orders
Click & Collect orders are prepared in advance and held through the final day of the festival.
Cancellations Before the Deadline
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before the published pre-order deadline.
After the Deadline
Once the pre-order deadline has passed, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up during the festival are not guaranteed a refund and may be subject to review.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us or visit our General Store as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third-party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact details can be found below. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorised by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.
