Well the first festival of 2015 is in the books! Nothing like sunny days in the mid 80s to ease back into the swing of things.
Had a chance to shake off the rust of the winter and remember a few tricks to make the setup and breakdown of the booth go smoothly. Definitely have some sore muscles and new scrapes and cuts, but that’s the nature of the beast! Very cool to see how many people came out to support Cabinet and all the other great bands out there this weekend.
It was also fun being back up at Montage Mountain! I was reminiscing about Peach Festival last year, and was getting excited that we’ll be back up there in July for Camp Bisco, and then again in August for Peach Festival!
Hope all the moms out there, had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I had a chance to stop by and see my mom in my dusty, smelly, unshowered, exhausted state of existence…but mom’s love dusty, smelly, unshowered hugs and Mamma B loves them so much, she wanted two!
Off to start the prep work for Strangecreek & Summer Camp and then rest my tired bones…Happy Monday!
