2024 Festival Season

Dear Mr. B’s Crew,

Welcome back! I hope you've all been enjoying the longer days and warmer spring weather!

I'm bubbling with enthusiasm for Festival Season 2024. I can't wait to hit the road with you all for another unforgettable year! This summer is filled with amazing opportunities, and I’m eager to accomplish so many goals together.

As we enter our 17th year in business, our focus is to continue building on the foundation we've worked to solidify over the past several years while fine-tuning our overall operations to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

Our top goals for the year include providing more value to our customer base, growing our online presence, and establishing clear pathways for employees to take on more responsibility and/or different roles within the company.

We're thrilled to strengthen the lines of communication among our core staff members, and support an environment where every voice is valued. We encourage you to approach any team member with questions, comments, or concerns and especially with ideas on how you feel we can improve our processes.

Whether you're working for us for one weekend or the entire season, we appreciate you treating it like it is your full-time job. As you know, respect is the name of the game!
