Dear Mr. B’s Crew,

Hypeeeeeeee to see y’all! 2025 is going to be a tidal wave that’s going to be a wild ride! Confirmed festivals this year already have us traveling to Texas, Oregon, Colorado, and possibly California!

This off-season we created a new website and hired an E-Commerce Manager for the business! We created a brand partnership with crowd compass and are opening conversations with other potential collaborators. We are also planning to bring in new products that will boost our online and in person sales!

2024 allowed our team to grow and really get dialed in on work processes. Everyone seemed to find their specialty and brought full effort to the table all summer long. I want to take time to acknowledge how incredible our crew was and I can’t wait to see what we are capable of this year.

Benjamin Franklin once said “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn”

This year personally I’m going to focus on involvement. In the past, leadership has leaned more toward telling than truly involving. My goal is that by the end of the year, everyone feels confident and capable across all aspects of Mr. B’s Festival Needs.
