Since 2008, Mr. B's Festival Needs has been the go-to general store at music festivals across the country. Open 24 hours a day and stocked with over 1,000 products, we're here to help you get what you need so you can focus on enjoying the festival.
Mr. B's Click & Collect lets you pre-order items online before the festival and pick them up at our on-site General Store during the event. It's a convenient way to make sure the items you want are available when you arrive.
You can pick up your order during the festival at any time the General Store is open. Orders are not available for pickup before the festival begins.
All Click & Collect orders are picked up at Mr. B's on-site General Store located inside the festival grounds. Exact location details will be emailed to you before the festival. Look for Click & Collect signage when you arrive.
No. Click & Collect is a product pickup service only. Items are picked up at the store and set up or used by you. If you need help or have questions about any of the products, our staff is happy to assist.
Yes. You can place additional orders anytime before the pre-order deadline. Each order will be available for pickup separately at our General Store during the festival. You can also purchase additional items in-store during the event.
Orders are held through the final day of the festival and must be picked up on-site. If you're unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Refunds for unclaimed orders are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there's an issue with your order, please visit the General Store as soon as possible so our team can help resolve it.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up your order. This helps us ensure orders are released to the correct person.
If you anticipate someone else picking up your order, please contact us ahead of time so we can help coordinate pickup and confirm the necessary details.
