2023 Festival Season

Dear Mr. B’s Crew,

Thank you for taking the time to complete this festival availability form. I want to express my enthusiasm for Festival Season 2023 and welcome you back to the crew for another unforgettable year! This summer is filled with amazing opportunities, and I’m eager to see what we can all accomplish together.

As we enter our 16th year in business, it's crucial that we're all on the same page moving forward regarding tasks and responsibilities associated with the business. During the off-season, we created an employee handbook that contains all the information you'll need to succeed, and everyone will be receiving a copy of it before the season gets into full swing.

At Mr. B's, our company culture centers around four core values: Freedom, Responsibility, Trust, and Accountability. We believe in giving you the Freedom to work in a way that allows you to reach your full potential, while expecting you to take on the Responsibility of being a team player first and foremost. This requires building and maintaining Trust with your coworkers, so you know everyone is working towards our shared goals; and having the Accountability to ensure that tasks are done correctly, and that issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Whether you're working for us for one weekend or the entire season, we want you to treat it like it's your full-time job. We expect everyone to respect each other, communicate openly, and avoid doing anything that could jeopardize yourself, your fellow employees, or the business.

It's essential that we work together as a team, delegate tasks effectively, and set the tone for the future of our company. We encourage you to voice your opinions, ask questions, and share any ways that we can improve as an organization.
